Marble Mountains or Ngu Hanh Son is a group of five beautiful mountains, rumoured to have been egg shells left on earth by a dragon.  There are many caves with historic Buddhist temples for pilgrims to visit.

At the foot of the mountains, many marble workers carve sculptures and marble bas-reliefs. In the early 19^th century, Emperor Gia Long, when passing through this region, gave a name to each of the mountains – Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth.  This tourist destination is a must-see on your list.
